How you'll make an impact Supporting strategic and transformation initiatives across the business. Analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and technology enablement. Tracking the impact of transformation initiatives and identifying risks. Preparing insights, materials, and updates for senior stakeholders.
Developing enablement materials to support consistent implementation. Contributing to the regional AI transformation agenda through use case identification, pilots, and iterative rollouts. About you 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or transformation roles. Advanced English Level (B2 or superior) A practical mindset for technology-enabled solutions, including data, automation, AI, and digital tools. Strong project management and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders. The ability to analyze processes, develop business cases, and measure results. Experience preparing executive-level presentations and communicating complex issues in simple terms.
