About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BI Developer/Analyst to join our team in Medellín. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights, developing dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into data warehouses

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements

- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to business teams

- Optimize and maintain database queries and data models

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports

- Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests

- Document processes, data flows, and reporting logic

Requirements





- 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related roles

- Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation

- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes

- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis

- Understanding of data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)

- Experience working in Agile environments
