The Big Data & Analytics Center of Excellence is the data consulting and data engineering branch at SoftServe. Starting as a group of three enthusiasts back in 2013, hundreds of Data Engineers and Architects nowadays build Data & Analytics end-to-end solutions from strategy through technical design and PoC to full-scale implementation. We have customers in Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, and Energy domains.
We hold top-level partnership statuses with all the major cloud providers and collaborate with many technology partners like AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, Confluent, and others.
IF YOU ARE
- Analytical Big Data Engineer with a mindset and skills
- Proficient in SQL and well-versed in Python
- Experienced with Google Analytics 4 (GA4): events, parameters, explorations, custom dimensions/metrics, conversions
- Fully comfortable with implementing and QA tracking for internal sites, newsletters, and campaign landing pages (, tagging and event schemas)
- Confident in data modelling and data engineering on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with a major focus on preparation of data for further consumption
- Demonstrating strong data storytelling capabilities and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Focusing not just on building dashboards but on interpreting trends, identifying insights,
and communicating the “why” behind the data that would support decision-making
- Skilled in tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Looker with focus on advanced capabilities: data modeling, calculated fields, filters/controls, visuals
- Familiar with UTM/metadata standards, tagging plans, and QA of analytics implementations
- Knowledgeable in survey analytics (, pulse, eNPS), blending behavioral, and attitudinal data
- Equipped with 3–5+ years of experience in digital/marketing/product analytics or similar, with exposure to employee communications platforms (, intranet/CMS, email services, messaging)
- Knowledgeable in Google BigQuery and dbt or Dataform for data transformation
- Adaptable in working with other data-oriented solutions like Databricks, Snowflake or other major cloud providers is a plus
AND YOU WANT TO

- Define and maintain the measurement framework for Employee Communications (KPIs, north-star metrics, leading indicators)
- Implement and QA GA4 tracking for internal sites, newsletters, and campaign landing pages (, tagging and event schemas)
- Build automated dashboards and self-serve reports in Looker Studio or Tableau for stakeholders at multiple levels (channel owners, campaign managers, executives)
- Analyze traffic, engagement,
and content performance; segment by audience, geography, org, device, and channel to identify drivers of awareness and action
- Run experiments/A-B tests on content, timing, and channel mix; quantify impact and recommend optimizations
- Develop attribution approaches for internal campaigns (, exposure-to-action paths, assisted engagement)
- Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation (event taxonomies, UTM/metadata standards, definitions)
- Collaborate on campaign implementation through targeted list polls and data segmentation to improve message relevance and lift engagement rates
- Support ad-hoc deep dives for leadership questions and quarterly/annual business reviews
- Learn continuously, share knowledge, and explore new cloud technologies
