As a Learning Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, connecting with learners, guiding them on their language journey, and collaborating with our internal teams to deliver excellence.

What You'll Do
- Become an expert and maintain a full understanding of our products and services. Explain it to our new learners who are starting a goFLUENT Training
- Offer the learner the best journey possible by understanding their expectations and efficiently providing solutions to any concerns
- Reply to our learners’ requests through several communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
- Ensure smooth and efficient communication with internal teams
- Call students to encourage them to take full advantage of the available resources
- Be proactive in optimizing internal procedures, improving response quality, and enhancing learner feedback
You'll love this job if you
- Are outstanding at communicating, both orally and in writing (Spanish is your native language)
- Have a good level of English (B1 or above)
- Have previous successful experience in customer support
- Are very empathetic and able to handle complex conversations to deliver a great customer experience
- Are organized, responsive, adaptable, sincere, and autonomous
We are looking for
- Someone based in Bogotá
- 1 year of experience in customer service
- Internet savvy and proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, and Open Office
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
