We are looking for a Technical Project Manager - Integrations (Americas) to lead and deliver technical integration projects across multiple countries in the Americas region.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role, managing integrations with merchants, POS vendors, payment service providers, and internal teams. You will own projects end-to-end, from requirements definition and execution through certification, rollout, and operational support.

Responsabilities

- Lead technical integration projects for across the Americas

• Deliver Issuing Solutions implementation projects within scope, timeline, budget and in compliance with the processes of the company.

• Manage integrations with POS systems, terminals and external partners

• Support the Commercial Organization with technical and process consultancy, including pre-sales support when needed





• Gather and maintain business and technical requirements (BRS, basic designs)

• Coordinate with General and Central product and technology teams.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT), rollout, and go-live activities

• with internal and external stakeholders.

• IT Management of assigned Merchants/Vendors portfolio

• Act as the main technical contact for external partners and internal stakeholders

• Support incident coordination, production releases, and BAU activities

• Ensure smooth handover to Field Service and Support teams

• Participate, as per business demand in Field Services activities, as part of IT merchant/Vendor management
