We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our virtual team. This is a Contractor position perfect for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and ready to take their sales career to the next level in a creative industry.

The Missing Sock is a U.S.-based photography company creating unforgettable school portrait experiences.

Tasks

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying new opportunities to keep our pipeline healthy and growing.
- The Art of Conversation: Managing outbound calls to potential clients. While you need to be comfortable on the phone, our focus is on building relationships rather than repetitive cold-calling.
- Pipeline Management: Tracking your progress and managing prospects with efficiency using our CRM tools.
- Strategy & Closing: Driving the sales process from initial contact all the way to a successful close.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or lead generation.
- English Proficiency (C1 minimum): You must be able to communicate fluently, professionally, and persuasively in English.
- Resilience: You have a high degree of emotional intelligence and know how to take "no" for an answer with professionalism, keeping the door open for future opportunities.
- Drive: You are self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing your own workflow effectively.
- Tech-Savvy:



Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, Google Suite, and general remote collaboration tools.
