Your Role

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and successful closings by:

- Managing and streamlining 150+ real estate transactions
- Keeping clients informed throughout the process
- Coordinating inspections, repairs, and key deadlines
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time
- Delivering a seamless experience from contract to close

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator (real estate experience preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven ability to manage 80+ transactions in an active pipeline
- Highly organized, proactive, and growth-minded




- Weekend availability when needed
- For candidates with children: reliable childcare during working hours to ensure full focus and productivity
