- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trainers through coaching and feedback
- Ensure every class delivers a high-quality, engaging member experience
- Drive member retention through proactive follow-up and relationship building
- Actively engage with members to ensure satisfaction and progression
- Lead weekly team meetings and conduct regular 1:1 performance reviews
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new coaches
- Monitor key performance metrics (retention, attendance, engagement)
- Build local community partnerships and contribute to studio visibility

A successful Head Trainer should have:

- Naturally empathetic, people-oriented leader who enjoys helping others grow
- Energetic, outgoing, and able to create a motivating environment
- Strong communicator who is comfortable giving and receiving feedback




- Passion for developing teams and nurturing talent
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on satisfaction and retention
- Hands-on leader who leads by example on the training floor
- Strong foundation in functional and group training
- Previous experience coaching; leadership experience is a plus
