IT Support Specialist

Location: Bogotá, Colombia

Are you ready to become the founding IT member of our growing Bogotá office?

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support Specialist to help build and support our local IT operations from day one. This is an exciting opportunity to join an international team, take ownership of the IT environment, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for all IT needs, encompassing Cybersecurity, network operations, helpdesk support, system administration, and IT asset management, etc.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Support remote connectivity solutions, including VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote desktop environments.
- Assist with basic network setup and IT infrastructure maintenance.
- Perform routine system updates, equipment checks, and IT asset tracking.




- Respond to IT tickets and support requests within established SLAs.
- Collaborate with integral teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or technical support roles.
- Experience with Windows environments, Remote Desktop Services (RDP), and Citrix is preferred.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, VPNs, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices.
- English proficiency: B2 or higher.
