value. We are looking for the next Sales Manager to lead the
commercial strategy for Cabify Logistics in Colombia. Role Mission
This role will be responsible for designing, planning, and
implementing the local commercial strategy. The key objective is to
drive revenue growth for the Logistics vertical, strengthen
relationships with major accounts, and lead a high-performing sales
team. Key Responsibilities Design and execute commercial plans to
meet the objectives of the Logistics business. Identify new
business opportunities across operational verticals. Manage team
performance, budgets, and resources to ensure profitable growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and lead
high-impact strategic negotiations. Guide, mentor, and develop the
commercial executives’ team. Oversee national-level accounts
receivable and commercial recovery processes. What We Value Degree
in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or Logistics. Minimum 4 years of experience leading
commercial teams and managing strategic accounts. Strong background
in B2B sales and commercial leadership in dynamic
environments—ideally in technology, e-commerce, retail, or
logistics. Advanced CRM management (Salesforce is a plus).
