**About Us**:
We are an up-and-coming motorcycle and travel YouTube channel experiencing fast growth and building an audience worldwide. Our content is dynamic, story-driven, and all about the ride, adventure, food, culture, and the open road.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior YouTube Video Editor to become a permanent part of our team and help us take our videos to the next level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit long-form YouTube videos (up to 15 minutes and above) and short-form content for social media (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with the content creator and creative team to bring engaging stories to life through video.
- Add motion graphics, text, and effects in a style that suits the channel’s personality and keeps viewers hooked.
- Optimize videos for maximum engagement, retention, and shareability, using YouTube best practices.
- Maintain a consistent and professional look across all videos, with attention to pacing, sound, and color grading.
- Meet deadlines and handle multiple projects at a time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of professional video editing experience** with a strong focus on YouTube and social media content.
- Demonstrated experience editing both **long-form videos** (up to 15 minutes or more)



and **short-form videos** (under 1 minute).
- Portfolio of published YouTube and social media videos; **MUST INCLUDE LINKS** to previous work for review.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional editing software.
- Strong understanding of YouTube editing trends, retention tactics, and platform algorithms.
- Proven ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and take creative feedback.
- Reliable internet connection and own editing equipment.

**Pay Rate**:

- **$25-$30 per edited video (up to 15 minutes).**:

- **Selected applicants will be REQUIRED to complete a paid test project.** If your video is chosen, you will be paid for the project and considered for a long-term, permanent position.
