Key Responsibilities

**1. Financial Management**
- Keep financial records spotless for our real estate and hospitality clients.
- Accurately record and reconcile transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank statements.
- Deliver precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

**2. Strategic Reporting and Analysis**
- Generate insightful reports that drive decisions and enhance performance.
- Analyze financial trends to uncover opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

**What We're Looking For**




- A **Bachelor’s degree** in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least **3 years of bookkeeping experience**, ideally in real estate and hospitality.
- Proficiency in accounting tools like **QuickBooks** and **Appfolio**, as well as **Microsoft Excel**.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Stellar organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
