We are looking for a** Lead Technical Product Manager, API Integrations,** to join our Supply domain, more specifically in the Integrations team, which is responsible for onboarding carriers onto our system (integrating external systems, harmonising data structures and building revenue-increasing products for carriers). This is key to scaling our business; therefore, our focus is on innovation and automation.

**What you will do**:

- Be a people leader and help drive and motivate other Technical Product Managers and Integrations Analysts to success
- Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities
- Automate and innovate our existing inventory (our API product is already used by big players)
- Own scoping and management of onboarding new carriers
- Take a lead role in defining and challenging strategic decisions
- Contribute to the team with process improvements (e.g. Jira, reporting, etc.).
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external - C-level)
- Prioritise the roadmap effectively
- Guide more junior colleagues in delivering the right products.

**Workplace**:Berlin & Hybrid

The preferred location for this role is Berlin at our HQ.

**Who you are**:

- 5+ years or more of professional experience in Technical projects.




- Hands-on experience with the technical side of the product (API / Data products).
- Strong stakeholder experience with the ability to influence without direct authority (including C-level executives).
- Good at context switching whilst showing proactivity and ownership across your responsibilities.
- Experience working with complex products (advantage).
- Good management skills (product, process, project, people management).
- Experience working within cross-functional teams.
- Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related studies.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Transportation industry standards (nice to have)
