**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media & Marketplace Growth Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing sales on online marketplaces, and analyzing performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include project management, content creation, communication with customers and partners, and monitoring market trends to enhance online visibility and sales.

**Qualifications**
- Strong Analytical Skills and Analytics experience
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills
- Effective Project Management skills
- Experience with social media platforms and online marketplaces




- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred

**TikTok**:

- Manage Our affiliate marketing
- Manage Listings & SEO optimization
- Research & contact TikTok affiliates + onboard them
- Launch and manage TikTok Ads & Spark Ads
- Optimize product creatives (images, videos, descriptions)
- Track sales, conversions, CTR, and ROAS weekly
- Research TikTok trends, affiliate creators, competitors

**Meta (Instagram and Facebook)**:

- Manage Meta ads if needed (retargeting campaigns)
- Engage with followers, answer DMs, and monitor comments

**Walmart Marketplace**:

- Optimize Walmart listings
- Monitor pricing, keywords, and SEO
- Manage Walmart Connect ads when needed

**Analytics**:

- Prepare Monthly performance dashboard
- Track KPIs: ROAS, CAC, affiliate conversions, top sellers

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Create pins for top-selling products
- Run small Pinterest ads to test conversions
- Grow organic boards linked to Herb To Body products
