Job Summary
Join Toptal’s network as a Social Media Brand Strategist to onboard, coach, and accelerate the growth of our Content Creator users. You will join an execution-driven team building a new business unit from zero. Your mindset must be that of a builder, not just a coach.
This role has two core missions:
Core missions
- Deliver hands-on creator growth: You will coach creators 1-to-1 to grow their audience, increase their engagement, and monetize their content.
You will analyze their entire content plan end-to-end. You will challenge them with personalized weekly tasks that improve key metrics such as click-through-rate, retention rate, followers growth, and engagement rate. Once creators reach strong traction, you will also identify new revenue opportunities and activate brand deals.
- Build the foundations of the Creator Agent function: As one of our first Creator Agents, you will design, test, and refine the methodologies that power our coaching model. You will transform your learnings into structured playbooks, training materials, and repeatable processes that will allow us to scale a high-performing agent team.
