About The Role

We're looking for a Team Lead of Key Account Management to own and grow some of our most strategic client in LATAM. This is not a maintenance role. It's a growth role. You will be responsible for turning satisfied clients into long-term partners and finding new opportunities where others see a steady account.
You will work at the intersection of relationship management, commercial strategy, and product feedback. That means collaborating daily with technical, sales, legal, product, and operations teams to make sure clients don't just stay, they expand. The ambition here is to grow revenue, deepen trust, and raise the bar for how Empresa confidencial shows up for its most important customers. We expect the same drive from you: always pushing for more, never settling for good enough when great is within reach.
This role also demands the kind of transparency that builds real partnerships. You will be the primary voice clients hear from Empresa confidencial — which means setting honest expectations, listening actively, and following through consistently.
