You understand the influence of creative decisions on performance, care about speed, testing, repeatability, and measurable results, and you are obsessed with AI tools, constantly evaluating and sharing what works.What you’ll doAs our Senior Video Editor, Paid Social, you will create direct‑response video ads for founders and companies to communicate investment opportunities to retail investors. You will transform raw interviews, founder footage, client assets, AI‑generated B‑roll, stock footage, motion graphics, captions, music, and performance data into polished ads optimized for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.Own complex, high‑impact video projects from brief through final deliveryEdit short‑form direct‑response video ads optimized for strong retention, emotional clarity, & investor trust, with scroll‑stopping hooks and clear calls to actionCreate multiple ad variations that test different hooks, structures, visual treatments, pacing, proof points, and CTAsAdapt creative for different platforms, placements, formats, and audience stagesActively use AI tools to accelerate and improve video production workflowsTest emerging AI tools for editing, B‑roll generation, style matching, motion support, captioning, versioning, creative ideation, asset organization, and workflow automationCollaborate with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, Designers,
