- Brindar asesoría y seguimiento a leads generados por Marketing (NO cold calling).
- Entender las necesidades de los estudiantes y recomendar el programa idóneo.
- Gestionar y actualizar información en Salesforce CRM.
- Acompañar al estudiante durante el proceso de inscripción y transferirlo al equipo de Customer Care.
Requisitos • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en ventas.
- Técnico o tecnólogo graduado.
- Inglés B2+ o superior.
- Pasión por los viajes, idiomas o educación internacional.
- Excelentes habilidades comerciales y de comunicación. Compensación y ben eficios • Salario base + comisiones sin techo y 100% prestacionales.
- Ingresos promedio desde $8.000.000 COP/mes + • Ascenso automático a Sales Executive después de 6 meses.
