Discover the position We are seeking a Database Supervisor to join our Integral Database Services team, acting as the final escalation point for complex incidents and leading initiatives in architecture, automation, and optimization across critical Microsoft SQL Server environments and related technologies.

You will serve as a technical reference for the team, mentoring L2 engineers, defining standards, and driving critical changes and upgrades on a global scale..

Key Responsibilities Lead resolution of complex incidents, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Problem Management in SQL Server environments.

Design and implement High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and performance tuning strategies.

Define standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines in collaboration with Architecture and Engineering teams.

Automate tasks and operational workflows using PowerShell, T‑SQL, and related tools.

Mentor and support engineers,



promoting operational excellence.

Conduct capacity planning, audits, and compliance activities.

Plan, approve, and execute changes and upgrades across global SQL Server estates.

Lead proactive monitoring, alerting, health checks, and continuous improvement through trend analysis and baselining.

Manage backup/restore strategies, security models, and patching processes.

Key Requirements 5+ years as a DBA with SQL Server, including performance tuning and advanced troubleshooting.

Experience with Windows Server, PowerShell/T‑SQL, SSRS/SSIS.

Knowledge of Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).

Fluent in English (C1), both written and spoken.
