Position Purpose To support the commercial coffee origination strategy by negotiating, purchasing, and developing a strong and diversified supplier network, contributing to the sustainable growth of the business and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Execute negotiations for the purchase of parchment coffee and green coffee (excelso) across different regions of the country. Increase purchase volumes through the development and strengthening of long-term commercial relationships with suppliers.



Lead and manage purchase points, ensuring cost efficiency of the location and compliance with quality-based purchase targets.

Promote and manage the use of certified coffee supply chains in accordance with LDC’s defined standards. Analyze the domestic market and provide relevant information to support commercial decision-making. Identify and develop new business opportunities for both the purchasing and sales areas.

If you are interested in developing a career in coffee trading and meet the following requirements, we want to meet you! Minimum of 2 years of experience in the coffee sector. Strong commercial and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze and interpret the domestic market to identify business opportunities. English level B2 (spoken and written). Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Economics or Finance (preferred), Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
