About the Role
The Senior BI Developer plays a pivotal role in transforming data into powerful insights that shape strategic decisions and fuel business growth. In this role, you’ll design and enhance dynamic semantic data models, as well as build impactful reports and dashboards that bring complex data to life. You’ll partner closely with cross‑functional teams, turning raw data into clear, actionable intelligence that empowers leaders to make confident, data‑driven decisions. Your Key Contributions
- Design, develop and manage certified semantic models and reports used to drive business decisions.
- Design and build analytical reports and dashboards connected to semantic models to present KPIs and drive actionable insights.
- Leverage Git‑integrated workflows within Microsoft Fabric to support version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing processes.
- Apply optimization techniques within Power BI reports. Ensure report performance through tuning DAX measures, report design, and other best practices.
- Follow data governance, quality and security standards across platforms in compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.
- Partner with analysts, developers, and business users to translate data needs into scalable solutions. Mentor and guide junior engineers.
