Job Description
We are forming a foundational team in the PMS Area (Patient Management System), dedicated to powering Docplanner’s Practice Management Systems that our doctors and clinics use globally every day. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Colombia, you will report to our technical leadership and collaborate with a high-impact General Team. While we are moving toward a TypeScript-centric stack (Node.js & React),



we seek engineers who are able to lead through architectural challenges and can apply their expertise across different technologies as our ecosystem evolves.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software with a focus on long-term sustainability, scalability, and performance.
- Lead the transition from legacy components toward a modern, TS-based microservices architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code primarily using Node.js, TypeScript, and React, while remaining open to using the best tool for specific architectural problems.
- Take accountability for the full SDLC: from initial technical design and architecture discussions to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
- Ensure high performance and robustness in high-traffic, mission-critical environments where millions of requests are handled daily.
