Gorilla Logic is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack to join our growing team supporting a leading fintech client. In this role, you will contribute to the development and evolution of a modern digital card experience, working across backend and frontend systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance the end-user experience.
This is a hands‑on engineering role idóneo for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes ownership of delivering impactful features.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver features and initiatives aligned with quarterly goals, guiding technical execution from concept to production.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analytics partners to shape solutions, define technical approaches, and evaluate trade-offs.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and modern web applications.




- Proactively identify technical, process, or product challenges and drive solutions.
- Ensure system reliability and performance by implementing monitoring, metrics, and operational best practices.
- Promote a culture of quality through code reviews, design discussions, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor and support other engineers by providing constructive feedback and technical guidance.

Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Strong experience building and scaling backend systems using technologies such as Python or Kotlin.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), relational databases (MySQL), and containerized environments (Kubernetes).
- Experience developing modern web applications using frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Solid understanding of software design principles and ability to create scalable, maintainable archite
