PURPOSE:

Responsible for delivering actionable insights on network performance, competitive positioning, and market dynamics to support Sales, Customer Experience, and M&A; decision-making. Leverages RF expertise and advanced analytics to inform investment strategies, optimize portfolio performance, and identify growth opportunities across PTI’s markets.

FUNCTIONS:
- Analyze RF performance data (coverage, capacity, and user experience) using crowd-sourced analytics platforms to assess network quality and identify gaps.
- Support technical due diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and commercial opportunities, including evaluation of spectrum assets, infrastructure, and network KPIs.
- Develop comparative market analyses to benchmark network performance and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Support planning and budgeting processes by modeling site demand and network investment priorities.
- Integrate RF data with geospatial, demographic,



and economic datasets to generate comprehensive insights.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations to support strategic decisions.
- Conduct competitive and churn analyses to assess market positioning and customer experience trends.
- Monitor spectrum utilization, equipment configurations, and 5G deployment across the portfolio.
- Perform audits related to unauthorized RAN sharing (UDEs) and ensure alignment with contractual frameworks.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, M&A;, and Operations to align technical insights with business priorities.
