We’re looking for a Customer Expert/Sales via chat to join our team in Bogotá. In this role, you’ll support customers by responding to inquiries, providing clear and friendly guidance, and delivering effective solutions across different service scenarios. You’ll focus on understanding customer needs, handling information responsibly, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience in every interaction.
