Position: Data Labeling Agent (Non-Voice) — Colombia

Location: Remote (Colombia)

Rate: US $4.50 /hr

Role Overview

In this role, you’ll listen to or review AI-generated responses and ensure the system correctly understands and processes customer interactions. You’ll analyze data, label conversations, and verify outputs with precision and help our AI models become smarter, and more natural.

This is a non-voice, remote gig opportunity, adecuado for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy focused work, take pride in accuracy, and want to be part of an industry-leading AI innovation team.

Key Responsibilities
- Review text-based interactions/data points and assess the accuracy of AI output.
- Label, categorize or annotate data items according to predefined instructions.
- Identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in the data.
- Follow detailed instructions and maintain high accuracy in your work.
- Collaborate (remotely) with project leads or other team members, as needed.
- Meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications




- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency over repetitive tasks.
- Excellent comprehension skills (reading, following instructions) “active listener” equivalent for text-based work.
- Ability to follow structured instructions exactly, and ask for clarification when needed.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work in a quiet environment.
- Excellent command of Spanish (for Colombia) and good written English (depending on data).
- Self-motivated, able to manage time and work independently.
- Based in Colombia and eligible to work in this capacity.
