About The Job

IntouchCX is searching for a creative, energetic, and driven junior content writer with B2B brand experience and writing skills, who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and strives for success and results. The successful candidate must be passionate about all things branding, self‑motivated, and prepared to work in an entrepreneurial environment. You will collaborate with a diverse group of people and make a tangible contribution to one of the industry’s fastest‑growing and most innovative contact centers. This position will work with our Growth, Design, Social, Demand Generation,



and Customer teams to deliver innovative brand awareness and marketing campaigns.

Reporting to the Content Writer, the Junior Content Writer will write and edit engaging blog articles, thought papers, web content, and sales material for potential and current client partners. This position requires research, strategic planning, and innovative thinking to maintain brand consistency while distinguishing us in the industry. You will learn and write about subjects that you may not yet be familiar with and work on projects for a variety of industries and ecosystems.
