Job title: Release Coordinator

Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Release Coordinator for our Business Operations Initiatives department. The Release Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of Wolfram products to our customers and assisting with business operations projects associated with purchasing, product downloads, activation and upgrades. The Release Coordinator will help plan, coordinate and monitor all operational release activities and changes, with a strong focus on process automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing the operational release process for Wolfram products
- Creating and maintaining detailed checklists for product releases and requirements
- Creating tickets and tracking the progress of tasks, related projects and action items to support the release process
- Continuously updating and improving the documentation related to release processes
- Monitoring and communicating the status,



risks and resources for the entire operational product release cycle
- Identifying, conveying and tracking release milestones, ensuring timely delivery
- Preparing agendas for, assisting with leading, and recording detailed notes for meetings and following up on action items
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure seamless operations
- Assisting in establishing, documenting and improving internal processes, focusing on operational efficiency
- Maintaining project pages and dashboards, ensuring information is up to date
- Tracking and communicating project risks, addressing issues proactively
- Triaging business system problems effectively and efficiently
- Reacting quickly to changes and upcoming requests, ensuring mínimal disruption to ongoing processes
