In this position, you will:
- Partner with Rebates & Incentive operational teams to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance controls in areas of high risk.
- Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to staff
- Offer management guidance and recommend strategic directions based on established policy.

- Accounting, Business or Finance Major
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills




- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data analytics into actionable business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management expertise, highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks, consistently meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional results
- Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding skills are advantageous
