Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to design and maintain robust software solutions
- Adapt to evolving project needs and deliver new functionalities and system improvements aligned with business objectives
- Work closely with client managers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless system integration
- Conduct technical analyses, evaluate findings, and recommend strategies to improve system performance and efficiency
- Address project demands with flexibility and a solutions-driven mindset
- Proactively identify project obstacles and implement solutions to ensure on-time delivery
- Effectively communicate ideas and contribute to a collaborative and team-focused work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field




- At least 3 years of professional experience in developing software using.NET technologies
- Expertise in C# for backend development, with an emphasis on writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Proven experience with React for creating interactive and dynamic user interfaces
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure for deploying and managing scalable cloud infrastructure
- Ability to collaborate effectively within medium-sized teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges proactively
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering reliable and high-quality results
- Advanced English communication skills (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken, to facilitate effective teamwork and documentation

Nice to have
- Experience with Apache Kafka for implementing distributed messaging and streaming systems
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines to enhance software development
