The role will lead and manage IT operations, service delivery, and project execution across multiple operating units and IT workstreams. This individual will serve as a key liaison between regional/general IT and local business functions, ensuring reliable service delivery, alignment with enterprise IT strategy, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage a high-performing team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
