Are you passionate about driving learning initiatives and managing training operations at scale? We’re looking for a Senior Learning & Development Project Manager to lead high-impact learning programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution of training strategies across the organization.
Who You Are:
4+ years of experience in training delivery operations
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
Experienced in SharePoint for organizing and sharing learning materials
Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) - comfortable managing global stakeholders
Bonus if you’re PMP certified or have prior experience with Cisco training programs
What You’ll Do:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of corporate training programs and learning initiatives
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align training with business needs
Handle budgets, quotes, SOWs, and scheduling for learning activities
Track and report training metrics and performance data
Ensure seamless learning experiences across platforms and formats (virtual/in-person)
