What you will be doing at Evalueserve
- Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data through secondary research, including using third-party databases.
- Financial analysis to derive key insights from income statements, investor presentations and analyst reports.
- Preparing reports containing meaningful insights for our clients
- Reporting management for Analyst(s) and Senior Analyst(s) ensuring employee engagement and career path identification for all team members.




- Overseeing workflow coordination and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Managing project execution (e.g., time, staff, quality, etc.) and flagging potential issues arising during project execution.
- Gathering information and managing clients' expectations through crisp communication and detailed project scoping.
- Ensuring quality at each step and on the final deliverable.
- Supervising and working in primary search projects: Conduct supplier/personal interviews and surveys over the phone
- Company/product/executive profiling across a large variety of geographies and sectors

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in any of the following areas: Research / business administration / business strategy / business ownership.
- Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
