Junior Lead Generation / Business Developer
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within our target industries.
- Outreach:
- Conduct cold calls to connect with decision-makers and generate interest.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads throughout the sales pipeline.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and client interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead qualification and handover.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing,
or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for building relationships and achieving sales targets.
