Position Summary:
RPA Developer

An RPA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate repetitive and time-consuming business processes. These professionals leverage RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Python RPA, or Rocketbot to create software “bots” that mimic human interactions with digital systems. The goal is to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and free up human resources for more strategic tasks.

you will contribute to our automation initiatives. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that streamline business processes, reduce manual workload, and enhance operational efficiency. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure the smooth implementation of RPA bots. You will also contribute to strategic planning by defining measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as process efficiency improvements or “bot” deployment milestones.
