As Project Manager - Global Marketing Neurology within our Commercial Organization, you will be responsible for supporting the Integral Commercial Team with end-to-end project management, Veeva PromoMats coordination, finance and budget oversight, upkeep of the Neurology Portals, contracting for Advisory Boards and Steering Committees, and more.

Main responsibilities:
- _ Work on a project basis for Global Commercial Neurology Team. He/she will be responsible for providing project management expertise and support for Global Commercial initiatives such as Congresses, Advisory boards, Workshops, Internal meetings etc.



He/she will be responsible for providing the Global Brand Lead & Marketing Team with administrative support on pre-defined projects. _
- _Set and develop the operational aspects of various projects, develop, and monitor timelines, milestones and project metrics. He/she will work closely with the Agency of Record, Area23, to ensure all parties are delivering as expected._
- _ Update and optimize the three Global Neurology Portals: HCP Unbranded (SharePoint), Patient Unbranded (SharePoint), Branded (PromoMats). It will be critical that these portals are updated with relevant content for global & local stakeholders._
- _ Perform pre-defined key tasks related to contracting for Advisory Boards, Advisory Committees, and other Peer-to-Peer engagement events. The Project Manager will work with the Brand Team to complete event GRFs, work with local teams to identify HCP nominations for events, partner with logistics agencies to arrange virtual and in-person engagements, follow-up on contrac
