Under such context, our goal is to progress our day-to-day communication model and improvement recommendations for our operational model that ensure alignment with strategic direction; integrates business processes between multiple organizations and coordination of business process changes and system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design process flows and process documentation standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.
- Define, assess, design,



and recommend process improvements and technology upgrades for implementation to meet business objectives.
- Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvements through different re-engineering techniques.
- Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements
- Work with management to identify business need requirements, processes, and risks.
- Contribute to and collaborate with trade operations projects (as needed) but not limited to: Footprint & Right Placement process analysis, migrations process review, capacity planning, cluster process mapping and process analysis with leverage to other on demand integral initiatives
- Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors
