Lead Generation Specialist

Compensation: $1400-$2500 USD Per Month

Hiring REMOTE Lead Generation Specialist - Multiple positions immediately available. We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Lead Generation Specialist positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers that align with the idóneo client profile.
- Build targeted prospect lists using online research, databases, and outbound tools.
- Qualify leads based on their fit, interest, and likelihood to convert.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to enhance engagement and response rates.
- Schedule qualified meetings or pass strong leads to the sales team.
- Track outreach activity, lead status, and results to maintain pipeline visibility.




- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and lead quality.

Preferred Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hubspot or similar software
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies
- Understanding of sales funnel processes

Qualifications:
- 1+ Years in Lead Generation or similar position.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
- Energetic & upbeat.
- Experience with CRM and lead management tools.
- Team Player
- Willing to listen to feedback & improve
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes.
