Role Purpose

The Content Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital content strategies for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives, creative direction, and audience engagement.

This role acts as the bridge between strategic direction and creative execution, translating business goals into relevant, high-impact content while ensuring operational efficiency through structured workflows, data analysis, and AI-powered process optimization.

In addition, the role oversees community management, audience interaction, content operations, and organic growth initiatives across digital platforms.

2. Functions & ResponsibilitiesA. Strategic Content Planning
- Design and execute monthly and weekly content strategies for assigned brands.
- Define for each content piece:
- communication objective (awareness, engagement, conversion, reputation, etc.)
- key message and storytelling angle
- communication tone and brand voice
- target audience and audience intent
- CTA (Call To Action)
- content format and distribution channel
- funnel stage alignment




- Align content strategies with campaigns, business goals, launches, and client objectives.
- Identify content opportunities based on:
- audience behavior
- performance metrics
- digital trends
- market insights
- Contribute strategic ideas to improve brand positioning and audience engagement.

B. Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write strategic, clear, and brand-aligned copy for digital platforms.
- Develop scripts and concepts for audiovisual content such as:
- reels
- short-form videos
- interviews
- testimonials
- branded content
- Ensure editorial quality, consistency, clarity, and accuracy across all content.
- Propose innovative and differentiated content ideas.
- Adapt and optimize content based on internal and client feedback.

C. Workflow & Operational Management
- Manage the full content workflow through project management platforms such as ClickUp.
- Ensure:
- task creation
