Responsibilities for providing financial reports to business partners for monthly assessments, performing monthly analytical variance reviews, working with business partners and countries to develop forecasts and annual budgets, and actively participating in the continuous improvement of processes, practices,

How You'll Create Impact:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Core Activities: Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting
- Develop and manage standardized input and data collection templates to streamline the planning input process of online and offline bottoms-up datasets
- Lead data consolidation and reconciliation from business stakeholders in support of downstream analyses and leadership reviews
- Assist on the financial targets development for budgeting and planning consistent with business objectives of the organization
- Support development of accurate financial forecasts in line with business objectives and collected up-to-date performance indicators and stakeholders' inputs
- Conduct first-level variance analyses of P&L;, headcount, balance sheet and cashflow that transforms into financial information and business insights that aid in the business’s decision-making
