Overview
Lingua Learn Colombia is looking for a B2B Sales Executive to lead business development in the corporate market, identifying opportunities with companies that require language training and professional development programmes for their teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify key decision-makers (HR managers, training managers, general managers) and prospect companies in need of language training solutions.
- Generate business opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and manage a B2B sales pipeline.
- Present tailored corporate training solutions based on client needs.
- Conduct sales presentations, programme demos, and virtual or in-person meetings with companies.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Identify opportunities for programme expansion and renewals.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
International Business, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in education, corporate training, consulting, or professional services.
- Proven experience in prospecting and closing deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a results-driven environment.
- Experience using CRM or sales management tools.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English.
