We're looking for Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You will be working with a leading e-commerce brand who sells consumer and home electronics (IoT, smart home devices)
This is an in-office position.
As a Tech Support Specialist you will troubleshoot customers issues and solve them.
Responsibilities:
- Learn the company's products and their typical issues and solutions
- Understand customer problems so you can you accurately and quickly solve them
- Communicate and coordinate with Tier 3 / IT as needed for more complex issues
- Report customer issues and feedback to management to improve the customer experience and product
Requirements:
- B2+ English (written and verbal)
- Clear and concise writing in English
- Good listening skills, attention to detail
- Experience working with technical support or technical background
- Tech support experience with IoT, smart home devices (MUST)
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, Samsung Smart Home
- Experience with Zendesk
