Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative / Cold Caller to generate leads and schedule product demos for Tire Base.

The primary objective of this role is to consistently book a minimum of 2 qualified demos per day. This is a remote opportunity for someone confident on the phone, persuasive, and motivated by performance.

No agencies. No freelancers. We are seeking a long-term team member.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos.
Follow up with prospects to increase conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
Meet or exceed daily demo booking targets (minimum 2 per day).
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth demo handoff.





Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of outbound sales or cold calling experience.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable handling objections and rejections.
Organized and goal-oriented.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Fluent English required.
Interest in long-term growth within the company.

Compensation & Details
Monthly payment: $500 - $1,000 USD (based on experience and performance).
Paid directly in USD.
Remote position.
