EPAM is seeking a skilled Senior Functional Testerto lead day-to-day testing operations for a gaming project in an on-site environment.

Responsibilities
- Distribute and oversee daily tasks for the Test Team to ensure priority items are handled
- Function as the main communication channel between the Client’s QA Analysts and the Test Team, managing all requests
- Monitor and document team statistics, such as attendance, obstacles, and escalations
- Assess and track the effectiveness and contributions of testers on the project
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Detect, resolve, and escalate defects or issues that interfere with team objectives

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software testing
- Ability to interpret project documentation and work efficiently in VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environments with mínimal guidance
- Proven experience in organizing, executing, and reporting on testing activities for teams
- Advanced skills in installing and running builds on gaming consoles and mobile devices,



as well as training others in these tasks
- Experience managing teams of 5-20 testers on established projects or setting up testing from the beginning
- History of facilitating knowledge transfer, onboarding, and skill development within teams
- Comprehensive understanding of software quality assurance practices and the software development lifecycle
- Capable of working independently and managing responsibilities without supervision
- Takes full responsibility for the outcomes of assigned testing tasks
- Demonstrates discretion when handling sensitive client information
- Works collaboratively and motivates team members
- Promotes ongoing learning through practical experience and available resources
- Advanced English language skills (written and spoken) at B2+ level or higher
