Empresa confidencial is a delegation implementation company that places vetted offshore specialists with U.S. marketing agency owners doing $40K+ MRR. We don't run a staffing marketplace—we run a placement system. Our clients pay a flat monthly retainer directly to the specialist, with no markup, and get structured onboarding, performance infrastructure, and ongoing client success support.

Why this role exists

This isn't a check-in-once-a-month customer success job. You are the ongoing human connection between Empresa confidencial and our agency clients—the person who spots problems before they become cancellations, celebrates wins alongside our clients, and makes sure every placement actually sticks.

The core mission of this role: make our clients feel like Empresa confidencial is the best decision they ever made—not just when they sign,



but six months later when they can't imagine running without us.

What you'll own1. Onboarding & implementation (the first 30 days are everything)
- Lead structured 30-day onboarding sprints for every new placement.
- Run kickoff calls and document client-specific delegation plans.
- Co-pilot the client through the handoff period—make sure SOPs are set up, roles are clear, and expectations are aligned.
- Coordinate with our talent operations side (Gianni and the sourcing team) to ensure smooth first-week transitions for the placed specialist.

2. Ongoing relationship management (your book of business)
- Own a portfolio of active agency clients—know their business, their team, their growth goals, and their current bottleneck.
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and talent health checks.
- Proactively surface issues before they become churn risks. Your job is the early warning system, not the cleanup crew.
