Role Purpose

Primary role will be to recruit, onboard and train new panellists.

Key Tasks
- Recruitment of new panellists with leads coming via various sources, i.e., online, referrals, etc.
- Onboarding (training) of new panellists.
- Responsible for replacement of panellists when there are dropouts from the panel.
- Closely track and monitor the participation of panellists for the first month and communicate with them if there are any concerns.
- Connect with panellists and understand their concerns when the engagement levels are low and resolve issues for the first month on the panel.
- Communicate importance of engagement and the need for active participation.




- Get feedback from panellists and communicate the same to the Project Manager, facilitating appropriate decisions to ensure smooth panel functioning, particularly regarding recruitment and onboarding.
- Communicate and be in touch with the Recruitment Project Manager daily.
- Regular connections to understand panellists’ issues and queries for the first month and to resolve them at the earliest.
- Use Integral Panel Management tool during all engagement activities, to track and monitor discussions and updates.
- Check first‑month scans and address quality concerns.
- Train panellists on the rewards program.
- Monitor demographic profile of the panel to ensure correct demographics are targeted for recruitment.

Management of Files
- Data Integrity & Maintenance: Conduct daily checks on system demographics, manage business rule performance by identifying and correcting failures, and handle acceptance/census management through file uploads and updates.
