Must-Have




- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in digital or marketing environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools, preferably Asana
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data and metrics.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Experience working with email marketing, digital acquisition, or website teams.
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
- Nice To Haves: Experience in the adult entertainment industry or audiovisual production.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Dot Digital or similar).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.).
