Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile Creative Designer with a broad and modern skill set spanning print, digital, web, motion, animation, and video. This role suits a designer who is strong in craft and concept, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings a disciplined,



systems‑oriented approach to building repeatable, scalable visual identity elements across multiple brands.

You will work closely with creative peers, marketers, and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑quality work with speed, consistency, and integrity, while maintaining fidelity to brand standards and continuously elevating the visual experience. You will report to the Senior Director, Digital, Demand & Integrated Marketing.

Location: Bogota or Medellin; Type: Full-time

Main Responsibilities
- Design and produce compelling creative assets across different media, including digital and web experiences, print and environmental graphics, motion graphics, animation, and video, presentations, toolkits, and campaign assets.
- Translate brand strategies and creative direction into cohesive, repeatable visual systems that scale across channels and teams.
- Operate within multiple brand standard
