We’re looking for an Integration Technical Lead with proven experience leading technical teams and driving complex integration initiatives in production environments.

This role is designed for a technical leader who has already guided teams, owned critical technical decisions, and worked closely with clients and stakeholders, while remaining deeply involved in the technical execution.
- Lead and guide technical teams during integration initiatives, providing direction, support, and technical ownership.
- Act as the main technical reference for integration and deployment topics across the project lifecycle.
- Drive technical decisions that impact delivery, cost, stability, and solution quality.




- Collaborate closely with project leadership and clients to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Participate in client-facing activities such as technical alignment sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support teams during critical delivery moments, especially production deployments and release windows.

? What you’ll do
- Lead and execute end-to-end software integration and deployment across environments, from local setups to client production.
- Take ownership of production deployments, managing risk and ensuring stability and performance.
- Define and drive integration strategy, deployment models, and operational best practices.
- Support software industrialization through non-functional testing (load, stress, resilience).
- Design, integrate, and operate SOAP and REST services, ensuring security, versioning, and performance throughout the SDLC.
