Machine Operator Palletizer - Day Shift

You will be instrumental in monitoring the palletizer and ensuring high‑quality product stacking for storage and shipping. Duties may also include performing routine maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring consistent production standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and operate palletizing machinery.
- Perform routine adjustments and changeovers: pallet configuration, pallet centering, and wrap tension.
- Move full pallets and store them properly without damage.
- Perform routine maintenance on the machinery and troubleshoot minor operating issues.
- Ensure pallets and cardboard are always available to the palletizer.
- Understand and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMPs, and HACCP.
- Work overtime as required and maintain full participation.
- Keep work area clean and maintain assigned portion of the master sanitation schedule.
- Report all safety violations and hazards to the supervisor immediately and participate in all safety programs and procedures. Must always wear required PPE.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor, accepted with a positive and professional attitude.
